With the development of economy of our country, the position of SME(small and medium-sized enterprise) are increasingly significant. The proportion of total output of SMEs to enterprises in whole country is more than 60% in recent decades except in 2001 and 2002 is less than 50%, after 2010 year, the proportion was exceeded 70%. But because of China's capital market development lags behind SMEs is difficult to obtain financial support, which restricts the development of SMEs. In addition to the introduction of high-quality talents and technological innovation of SMEs have poor performance, it is because of the existence of the problem that many SMEs into bankruptcy.In this content, we based on a large number of domestic and foreign relevant research literature on the factors on the growth of SMEs described. This paper selects small plate appliances in the home appliance industry enterprises as the research sample, the growth of SMEs internal factors and external factors into consideration within the scope of proposed for the growth of enterprise of relevant assumptions, and regression analysis.The results suggest that there are obvious positive function by debt level to SEMs. So as the scale of R&D and employee education have the positive stimulation to the growth of SEMs.The other emphasis on the current debt, the proportion of technicians, management of market value and whatnot elements did not have the obvious correlation. Finally, according to the conclusion of the study, combined with China's basic national conditions put forward to promote the development of the bond market, improve the internal management of small and medium-sized enterprises, increase R & D investment suggestions.
