Research On The Financing And Management Of Agricultural Science And Technology

As the primary industry, agriculture is very important that concerns our country’s development. To improve agriculture developing, we must take more and more technology into agricultural producing. Nowadays science is the major standard in measuring modern agriculture’s level. Whether new agricultural technologies’researching or marketing new technologies, funds are the most basic and important requirement.By using such research methods as Literature Study, Field Research in Dongan County. After going through The Yearbook of Dongan County and making some investigation in rural areas in Dongan County, I find out that agricultural scientific researching funds are not in highly active using. There are some problems in raising and managing these special funds.These problems include:(1)There are few avenues in raising money to improve technology.(2)Disposing funds in different industries and different agricultural technology activities is unreasonable.(3)Agricultural science funds’managing systems are not well-run. There too many departments manage agricultural science service. This situation makes different departments’ power and responsibilities are confused.Measures to solve these problems:(1) Based on increasing finance, we must find new ways to raise money for technology researches.(2) Balancing funds investment in different industries and period. Making sure balanced development in every industry.(3) Founding a department to manage agricultural technology funds. Building a system for searching responsibilities in planning and using these funds.I present my own opinion in raising managing and using agricultural technology funds and wish these can help Dongan County’s development.
