Wine production is the largest,the most widely spread monosaccharide brewing wine in the world.In recent years,along with the continuous improvement of people's living standards,coupled with good health and lifestyle pursuit,the demand for wine presents is rising.As the massive influx of foreign wine,domestic wine enterprise team growing,Wine sales competition makes more intence.It is essential to effect management of marketing channel if enterprise want to gain the profit maximization in the fierce competition.With the rapid development of e-commerce and mobile Internet in China,the number of consumers of online shopping channels is increasing.As a leading enterprise of changyu wine grape wine co.,LTD.,the marketing channel is bound to be faced with new challenges and changes accordingly.Rectification of its marketing channels also mentiones on the agenda.Every time evolution of Changyu marketing channel mode,is caused by the combined effects of many factors,And the evolution marketing channel influences company status,sales team,distributors team,products,systems,consumers,logistics and distribution.It is the most important to solve the many aspects of the relationship effectively,and reduce losses caused by the channel changes as far as possible.This shows that the key lies in innovation marketing channel reconstruction is measures,rationality and maneuverability.Thus,the study of marketing channel reconstruction is one of the topics of marketing management direction,it deserves attention closely.This paper introduces the theory of domestic and international trends and marketing channels of marketing channels,analysises the environmen factors of Changyu Inner Mongolia Branch marketing channel from competitors,consumers,distributors team,sales terminals,business and logistics.It also discusses the development of the sales and current status of the marketing channels in Changyu Inner Mongolia branch.And points out the problems in marketing channels of Changyu Inner Mongolia branch.And relevant theories of marketing channels,to reconstruct the channel from traditional channels,the new channel,dealer management,marketing,personnel management,channel conflict and risk management as well as logistics management and other aspects.And makes a number of practical recommendations and measures.I hope to play a reference role for the construction of the channel wine industry too.
