Study On Resource Allocation Situation Of Housing Provident Fund In Zhejiang Province

In recent years,with the fast growth of the house market and the rapid rise in house price,housing consumption has exceeded the capacity for the majority of low-income people.China's real estate market has experienced a serious mismatch between the demand and supply of housing,which has seriously affected the social stability and sustainable economic development of our country.So,at this stage,alleviating the conflicts between high-house price and low-income takes priority over any matters in solving residents' housing problems.As the most important policy housing fiance security system,housing provident fund system shoulders a heavy responsibility in regulating the housing market,improving the living condition and so on.Therefore,this essay will research the housing provident fund system and analyze thestatus quo of resource allocation of housing provident fund,which is of great theoretical and practical significance.First of all,this essay discusses the background and significance of the research on the current distribution of housing provident fund,and the related theories of the housing provident fund on the level and in the efficiency of resource allocation and development concept,and summarize the general situation of housing provident fund of our country and Zhejiang province,based on a review of the research status at home and abroad.Secondly,by using the factor analysis method,this essay comparatively analyses the resource allocation level of Zhejiang province and its eleven cities,among which the housing provident fund resources of six cities are in a high state level,namely Hangzhou,Ningbo,Zhoushan,Lishui,Quzhou and Huzhou,while the rest of the cities' housing provident fund resources allocation level need to be further improved.After that,according to the data envelopment analysis model,the evaluation model of resource allocation will be constructed to measure and evaluate the efficiency of housing provident fund of Zhejiang province and its cities.The results show that the overall situation of the housing provident fund resource allocation efficiency in Zhejiang province is good,which is in the most optimal level compared to the Eastern China and Central China,but there is a big gap in the housing provident fund allocation efficiency among different cities in the Zhejiang province.Finally,according to the research results of the thesis,article will put forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the current status of resource allocation of housing provident fund,such as perfecting the legal guarantee system,optimizing the use of mechanism.
