Based on the rapid development of mobile Internet and telecom industry competition under the background of the great changes,to conduct the thorough research to the fujian operators in organizational change.Purpose is to master the effective organizational change steps,measures and methods to solve the resistance to change.to analysis the traditional telecom operators regularity and characteristics of organizational change,sum up experience and lessons.and provide effective improvement measures for the company the next step change plan,to form a more competitive organization system,continue to maintain industry leading position in fujian area.And on this basis,the breakthrough and innovation,combined with the actual situation of China's telecom industry and characteristic,can be drawn lessons from for a,suitable for China's traditional telecom operators in the face of the competition,the implementation of the new model of organizational change.This article adopts the method of case study.to ask questions-analysis problem-"the structure framework to solve the problem,the integrated use of organizational change, cultural change and relevant theory of fujian telecom operators in the implementation of the whole process of organizational change and the advance in different stages of the measures,then explores its resistance and problems,and analyses the reasons for the success of the organizational change and the existing problems.Summed up the factors in the success of the organization change the telecom operators in fujian province is mainly transformational leadership behavior,refactoring flexible organizational structure,the new import enterprise culture,etc.and puts forward relevant proposals for telecom operators to organizational change.finally summarized a set of successful implementation of organizational change model of the six steps.
