Along with our country economy level unceasing enhancement,our country's luxury consumption rapid growth over the past decade.China has officially overtaken Japan,the United States in 2011,became the world's biggest luxury consumption market.However,with the popular new luxury goods market in China,at the same time,more and more “fake goods”,“free-ride product” is in China's market,which makes the luxury goods group have to great importance to the protection of its brand.At the same time,in the luxury goods group to speed up the space of the rights at the same time,but encountered tort litigation,this is the brand and trademark protection a sad.At present,the research of brand protection for luxuries literature is less,in this context,the author writing this paper.Aimed at from the perspective of luxury brand protection,on the relationship of the luxury brand protection and economic value for empirical research.This paper adopts the method of theoretical research and case analysis.In theoretical research: first,a brief introduction to the brand rights and the theory of economic value,summary,study the relationship between the brand rights an economic value,thus to provide theoretical basis for study of the rights of luxury brand;In case analysis,this paper introduces three different cases respectively,the three cases generally contains different infringement situation,thus the type of infringement analysis of the luxury brands and luxury rights activist economic value and the ways of the luxury brands.Based on the summary of the venation of theory research and case analysis,for the protection of the luxury brands to provide advice: luxury brands party to apply for a patent in time;luxury brand party to timely in case of any infringement of rights;luxury brands to carry out brand certification,etc.In luxury brands actively adopt the above Suggestions at the same time,the luxury brand in the market of government also want to strengthen market supervision,perfect the legislation,so,in order to for luxury brand rights provide a good environment.
