"Diversity" is the inevitable choice,when the Specialization of enterprises develop to certain stage.Due to the impact of market capacity,technology or entrepreneur iterative expansion strategy,enterprises will face operational risks,the industry downturn or desire bigger.Diversified business the most significant advantage is that the risk diversification.These enterprises implement diversification strategy into new areas related and non-related to help tide over the difficulties or further expansion.With the reform and opening-up forward,in the 1980 s,Chinese companies after experiencing rapid growth achieved a certain scale of development,some companies have embarked on a diversification of road to implement the strategic expansion of enterprises.Diversification not only to the business challenges in strategy,finance,human resources,communication channels,marketing and other aspects,but also to the corporate culture has brought unprecedented challenges: industry cultural differences,differences in development stage subsidiaries,personnel background differences,dilution of the original culture and so on.As a corporate culture of trust and synergistic bonds between the subsidiaries within the Group diversified,more and more attention to corporate culture management,urgent need to establish a common corporate culture,in order to achieve the establishment of a ties between different business,maximize the synergy effect.However,the model of Corporate Culture based on diversification strategy does not completely follow the same pattern,need according to the actual situation and the characteristics of the development of enterprises to choose.This paper study on Corporate Culture based on diversification strategy.Through literature analysis,questionnaires,interviews with staff and other methods to understand the status quo and problems of diversified development and corporate culture.As Corporate culture evaluation theory for a guide,this paper Comprehensive analysis of the W Group's corporate culture construction situation,and proposed corporate culture construction mode matched diversification strategy.The corporate culture model can achieve diversification strategy support,and provide enterprises with long-term development of the stream of power,and enhance cultural identity employees of the company,to strengthen cohesion and cooperation between the subsidiaries,to ensure diversified Group the steady pace of development,to promote strategic synergies between group companies.At the same time,provide a reference for other similar diversified businesses.
