Study On The Impact Of Wholesale Market Organization Model To Agricultural Products Safety

After entering the 21 st century,the problem of agricultural products safety frequently appear,becoming a major economic and social problems which influence agricultural exports and consumer life.Based on the pattern of small-scale production and large-scale flowing of agricultural products in China,wholesale market which undertake more than80% of China's agricultural products,has become the key point to ensure agricultural products safety.Since the reform and opening up,China's wholesale market has evolved from the original "place type" to "organization plus place type",which plays a decisive role in agricultural products information flow,logistics,capital flow control.With the development of agricultural organization and agricultural scale,it is important to study on the impact of wholesale market organization model to agricultural products safety comprehensively,which is of great significance to guarantee the agricultural products safety.In this paper,Firstly the significance of the topic,research background and methods,related concepts,innovations and deficiencies are introduced.Secondly,Making a literature review from the two aspects,one is agricultural products safety,the other one is wholesale market organization model and agricultural products safety,it is found that wholesale market plays the role of core enterprise in agricultural product supply chain,wholesale market organization model can guarantee the safety of agricultural products.However,previous studies mainly on the "farmers + wholesale market" mode,the development of farmer cooperatives and agricultural enterprises make wholesale market organization model has different connotation,so wholesale market organization model and agricultural products safety can be further explored.In the third chapter,the author analyzes the mechanism of wholesale market organization model and agricultural products safety.It is found that in the "farmers + wholesale market","farmer specialized cooperatives + wholesale market","leading enterprises + wholesale market" three kinds of organization mode,agricultural products wholesale market,farmers' professional cooperatives,the degree of integration can help to raise the awareness of agricultural products safety,and the standardized management of wholesale market can promote the level of agricultural products safety.In the fourth chapter,through three typical cases to explore measures of agricultural products wholesale market,which want to guarantee agricultural products safety.The results show that the wholesale market is gradually changing from "place type" to "organization plus place type".The functions of wholesalemarket are improving,branding and organization are developing rapidly.For agricultural products safety,whether from facility or system are highly valued,the integration of wholesale market organization model makes the level of agricultural products safety has a greater improvement.Finally,the paper puts forward some policy suggestions to improve agricultural products safety,from the four aspects: standardization management of wholesale market,integrated development of wholesale market which as the core position,establishment of cold chain logistics,encourage the flow of talent to agricultural base.
