Research On Procurement Cost Control Under ABW Supply Chain Management

Supply side structure reform is guideline and innovative point the China government presented in the second half of 2015,also for China's current economic problems to provide a transformation of reform and guidance.The supply side structure reform reflects enterprises or the manufacturer's internal structural reforms,including improvement and upgrading on innovation and decentralization,green,environmental protection,high efficiency,continuous aspect.Procurement activities are important part of the opening company,purchasing cost control should keep pace with the times,it is not only to take measures from the aspects of the supplier in outside market,but also to take measures from the supply side of the internal reform.Based on the concept of the supply side reforms,the paper elaborates ABW company as the manufacturing industry in the aircraft manufacturing industry characteristics and supply chain alliance concept,for actual situation of internal supply chain management of procurement cost control in the supply side structure of reform,from two aspects of people and the management,implements analysis and diagnosis on the various aspects of procurement cost control and further exploration and discussion the solution and safeguard measures.
