The Research On Credit Risk Management Improvement Of Zhuzhou County Rongxing Rural Bank

In order to solve the issues of the absence of rural financial service,rural banks came into being.As supporting rural financial institutions for the economic development,establishing a scientific and effective credit risk management and control mechanism,as well as enhancing the level of credit risk management,is not only the requirement for the healthy development of rural banks,but also the financial guarantee and financial support for supporting the rural economy,promoting smallµ enterprise development,and building up a new socialist countryside.This paper is based on the analysis of the credit risk management of Zhuzhou County Rongxing rural bank.After searching relative imformation,referring to the rural bank credit risk management theory and analyzing the current operating management of Zhuzhou County Rongxing rural bank,we find out some problems on organizational structure,the management rules and the process,credit risk management culture and other issues.After discussing,we put forward some effective measures,such as reconstructing organizational structure,perfecting management system,Optimizing management process.Then we analysis possible problems in implementation,put forward some safety precautions,such as optimizing human resources management system,strengthening internal system inspection and improving customer information review and evaluation mechanism.Finally,we predict the implementation effects and get the main conclusions.The research of this paper can help Zhuzhou County Rongxing rural bank to build a scientific and effective risk manage ment mechanism,to solve its present problems in the credit risk management and improve its credit risk management by providing a theoretical support and practical reference.Meanwhile,Th is research also has a certain valuable reference to the development of other parts of rural banks and the construction of current credit risk management system.
