Strategy Research On Community Bank Development Of XJ Bank

Facing the increasingly fierce competitive environment,how to deal with environmental changes in the interest rate market,how to stand out in the competition in the industry and Internet banking,became the important issue placed in front of the banks.With the end of the CBRC issued a formal document,many joint-stock commercial banks,city commercial banks to enter the field of community banking.As a joint stock commercial bank,P bank has carried out the practice of community banks in the first time.The community banks have showed unique advantages over the traditional branch,However,this model is still in the stage of exploration.We also found many problems in the course of management.This paper introduces the related concepts of community banks,which focuses on the relationship between the theory of relationship lending,transaction cost theory,and the relationship between the cross selling theory and community banks.Then it analyzes the current situation and problems of the development of P bank community bank,including the mess of strategy,the low brand recognition,the lack of business features,the low level of profitability,the lack of scientific and technological support and the assessment of cross selling.In the fourth chapter,the author points out the strategies of the community bank inorder to solve the problem of the third chapter,through the SWOT analysis of the P bank.Finally,the paper puts forward some suggestions on the development of strategy,brand publicity,loan business,scientific and technological support and cross selling.Through the analysis of the existing community bank of P bank,we find out the problems that need to be solved.We proposed future P bank community bank development strategy,which can be helpful to improve the operating performance of community bank of P bank,also be a reference for other Chinese banks to develop community banks.
