With the improvement of people's living standard in our country,people's insurance consciousness is gradually enhanced.Insurance companies are competing fiercely for the market share,therefore,they attach importance to innovative the insurance products,construction of their own unique marketing channels.Pacific Property Insurance Xingtai Branch is the insurance organizations at the grass-root level.Its main business activity is marketing.According to their own situation to develop a set of perfect,efficient and suitable for the local market marketing channel strategy has become the urgent problem of Pacific Property Insurance Xingtai Branch.The Pacific Property Insurance Xingtai Branch,as the third level branch The Pacific Property Insurance company established in Xingtai,the main task is responsible for the management and development of the property insurance business in Xingtai.Based on the researches on The Pacific Property Insurance Xingtai Branch in this paper,the main research methods are: inductive analysis,empirical research and comparative analysis.This paper combines theory with practice,analysis elaborately on the marketing channel environment of the company,through political and legal,economic,social,natural,internet technology,macro environment and consumers,competitors,channel members of the micro environment and so on.The research ideas are environmental analysis,current situation analysis,search problem,optimization and innovation.Using the correlation theory,this paper analyses the situation of the marketing channel closely.It makes the evaluation on all the existing channels through the premium,benefit and service.It also points out the existing problems.According to the analysis above,it sums up that the satisfaction of the customer is the point of the marketing.It also puts forward the improvement and innovation strategy for the contribution of the marketing channels.This paper combines the theory of marketing channel with the local practice,focuses on the study of the problems and opportunities faced by the property insurance branch at the grass-root level.Hope to provide a reference for other property insurance branch at the grass-root level to determine marketing channel strategies.
