Research On The Function And Influence Of Export Rebates On Agricultural Products In China

China is a big agricultural productexporter in the world,which has become the fifth largest world's agricultural product exporter.However,China is not the most powerful exporter yet.The agricultural products of China have the characteristics such as small scale,low added value,the state of underdevelopment,lack of deep processed agricultural products and high quality agricultural products.To optimize and upgrade the structure of China's agricultural products export and to transform the mode of China's agricultural products trade growth,it is an effective measure to implement export tax rebate policy for agricultural products with a view to solving these problems.The export tax rebate policy for China's agricultural products is in line with the WTO'sfair competition principle,which can make the export of agricultural products to the international market with no indirect taxes,can improve the enthusiasm of agricultural producers,and can enhance the competitiveness of China's agricultural products in the international market.Although the export tax rebate policy of agricultural products in China is gradually improving,China's export of agricultural products is lack of the comparative advantage of the agricultural products based on the high and new technology.To change the traditional low cost of the labor price competitive advantage,and to increase scientific technological references in agricultural products,it is important for Chinese government to strengthen cooperation,and to develop a more reasonable,more perfect export tax rebate system.The goal of this article is to find out the problems existing in China's tax rebates system for agricultural products,and to put forward some reasonable suggestions,in order to promote China's export of agricultural products.
