Research On Influence Of RMB Internationalization To Payment And Settlement Systems Liquidity Risk Measurement

The globalization of trade today,one currency is used more as trade settlement currency more easily achieve internationalization.The Financial transactions settled mainly by payment systems organizing by one country or multi-countries.With the deepening of China's reform and opening up,paying the continuous improvement of the payment system construction,making cross-border trade settlement more convenient,the proportion of the settlement currency and the world influence of Renminbi has gradually increased.There are six parts to present the effects of RMB internationalization to modern payment system in this paper,the introduction part is about the background of RMB internationalization and China's modern payment system.The second part introduces the process of the typical currencies which have been completed internationalization or partly had,and expounds the relationship between the process and the national payment system construction.The third part introduces the liquidity management status quo of payment system in the United States,the European Union and Japan which are several major developed economies.The fourth part introduced the China second generation of the payment system and the RMB cross-border payment system liquidity management features and from the angle of international supervision to the rational management of liquidity to provide some theoretical basis and practical tools,especially give some induction and analysis for the people's Bank of China and commercial banks stress scenes test of liquidity risk,and some suggestions to commercial bank liquidity management under the second generation of the payment system environment.Some ways to solve problems in the future development of China's payment system liquidity risk may be encountered in the fifth part of the paper.The last part is the ending,summarizes the research results.
