Following “go global” strategy encouraged by Chinese government,Chinese enterprises have been developing new market and pursuing win-win opportunities throughout the whole world.As one of the best friends of China in African continent,Tanzania is always an attractive country for Chinese enterprises.Although Tanzania owns rich mineral resources,predominant geological location,friendly people and stable political situation,according to report published by the United Nations,it is one of the most undeveloped countries in the world.Developing in this country that is full of opportunities and challenges,Chinese enterprises have gradually become more and more advanced and stronger.However,Chinese enterprises do not have distinct comparative advantage while facing fierce competition against other countries.More likely,problems of our own existence make Chinese enterprises a uncertain future.To create a new chapter,Chinese enterprises need to make full use of advantages,correct shortcomings,encourage creation and retain existed achievements.
