Regional Financial Ecological Environment Assessment Research

Financial ecological environment is a vocabulary with Chinese characteristics, the concept treat financial as a living, it borrows the characteristics of the interaction between the ecology and the environment,it has great theoretical significance and practical value.Since the birth of the theory,it has affecting the Chinese current financial system reform and development. The current of our countries’ finance ecological research mainly focused on regional financial ecology, because regional financial ecology not only includes urban financial ecology, but also includes the counties’ financial ecology and rural financial ecology. Although Chinese financial ecological research in recent years has made many achievements, publishing many theses, but there are still exist many problems such as the regional financial ecological environment evaluation index system is not sound, the evaluation results ara not accurate, these lead to the local government lack necessary theoretical support to improve the regional financial ecological environment.This paper tries to construct a set of evaluation index system of regional financial ecological environment, taking liaocheng as an example and from the aspects of city and county to evaluate financial ecological environment analysis, reveals reasons why there are differences between the financial ecological environment in different areas.This paper firstly introduces the related concepts of the financial ecological environment, analyzes the theories of financial ecological environment, studies several methods of financial ecological environment and related research results at home and abroad. Then, using shandong statistical yearbook’s data,making liaocheng city as an example to analyse the various influence factors of financial ecological environment, the purpose is to use the above various factors analyse the difference between different financial ecologies and find the reasons for this difference. Based on the data, this paper uses principal component analysis(PCA) and data envelopment analysis(DEA)method from two aspects to empirical analyse liaocheng’s financial ecological environment. From the results of the study, the government, enterprises and the financial sector affect thefinancial ecological environment,financial ecological environment quality is not decided by a single subject, but the result of combined action of all kinds of subjects. This paper suggested that should make full use of the three main body,set up the system that composed by level of economic development, economic development speed, quality of financial development, urbanization to improve the regional financial ecological environment.The innovation of this article is mainly manifested from using two aspects to evaluate liaocheng financial ecological environment, not only study the whole financial ecological environment, but also study the county financial ecology which is the most important parts of liaocheng financial ecological environment.The shortage of this paper is limited by the lack of related statistical data in the statistical yearbook, we cann’t thoroughly analyse the influencing factors which affect liaocheng’s city and county financial ecological environments.
