Study On The Case In Fund Subsidiary's Special Asset Management Plan

On November 1, 2012, "Fund management company specific customer asset management business pilot approach" put into effect, which broaden the scope of specific customer asset management business, allows the fund management companies set up subsidiaries engaged in special asset management business.Then fund management companies set up subsidiaries, to issue special asset management plan.As of July 2015, fund subsidiary special asset management plan has reached 5.29 trillion less than three years.Indeed it got many great achievements, while at the same time special asset management business also exposed all sorts of risk. Therefore, it is very necessary to study the operation and the risk of Fund subsidiary special asset management.The beginning of the theis mainly introduces background, significance, method and the literature review of the research,then briefly introduce the special asset management business, which explains the basic concepts, classification and development on special asset management business.Based on JL39 special asset management plan as an example, the research introduces its basic situation, analyses its operation process, business process management method, how to choose products and how to get rid of risks.And then we compare it with other products and analysis its advantages and disadvantages. Through the analysis of the JL39 reveals the special asset management plan to some risk. The article finally gives some Suggestions of its risk and also gives fund subsidiary business summary and outlook for the future.
