Although China has ushered the golden era of rapid development for global medical device,until now 90% of high-end medical products market is still occupied by the multinational company J&J and Covidien.With a grim competitive situation, one is not too much,the other one is with high-end, and the rest of domestic enterprises follow the poor quality with low price. How to breakout this rule for all the Chinese companies and make appropriate international marketing strategy? It is worth to discuss for all overseas businessmen.Surgical staplers are important component of the surgical instrument, the invention and application is an important progress in the field of surgery, from reducing surgical complications and surgical standardization play an important role. With the aging population and polluted environment, many people suffer the diseases and increasing a lot of surgeries, surgical staplers demand has also been greatly released. J&J and Covidien as the leaders of this business line and own a global resources and outstanding product advantages. Chinese enterprises enhance the capability of independent innovation actively, technology reached or even exceed the international level.
