With the implement of Wuhan metropolitics policy, a series of issues are gradually emerging, such as irrational land use structure, destraction of the natural environment as well as the uncoordination of economic development and ecological constraction, so it is essential to the research of economic development and ecological civilization constraction in the process of the development of metropolitics, and explore the harmonious development model of economic development and ecological constraction as well.Through access to relevant statistical yearbook, this paper gathered the land-usechangings data of Wuhan city circle of year 2004 to year 2014. Based on Ecosystem Services Value theory, the paper amend theoretical model of ecosystem services value to an optimized one, and applied the modified model to estimate the changes of ecosystem service value of land using in Wuhan city circle. By using the results of city classification in China, the cities in Wuhan city circle can be divided into three levels, and thus further study of the relationship between ecological services value and GDP of the whole city circle and different city levels. Results of this study show that it is a negative relationship between the change in value of ecosystem services and economic development of Wuhan city circle, wherein the first-level cities(Wuhan) and second-level cities(Huanggang,Huangshi, Xiaogan) of GDP and the value of ecosystem services showed a significant negative correlation, while the third-level cities(Ezhou, Xianning, Xiantao, Tianmen,Qianjiang) of GDP and the value of ecosystem services do not have the dependency relationships. So at different levels within the Wuhan city circle should take different policies of economic development and ecological construction.
