Dividend policy is a reasonable allocate strategy that public company distributes after-tax income between shareholders' income dividends and profits on hand. The amount of the dividend policy of listed companies and the level of payments directly determine the forms and levels of the investments' return on investment. Therefore, a reasonable and stable dividend policy is one of the necessary conditions for creating good corporate image and motivating investors in listed companies.This paper aims to study and explore the impact of dividend policy of China's listed companies. Firstly, the article introduces the dividend policy theory and related research literature to identify the affecting factors that may affect the dividend of listed companies; Secondly, the article establishes the assumptions and uses Logisitic model, multiple regression and factors analysis to analyze the affecting factors of listed companies which is based on the constituent stocks of the SSE 180 Index Finally, through the above study and combined with the status quo of China's securities market dividend distribution, the paper tries to put forward some suggestions and ideas about the norm of the dividend distribution of listed companies in China from both macro and micro aspects of the listed companies.
