The Study Of Financial Management Strategies In VPE

Based on the idea of strategic management and financial management strategies,this thesis studies the steps and processes in the implementation of sound financial management strategy.In the first step, according to the path and result during the implementation of the restructuring VP Company in the Asia-Pacific region, this paper analyzes the political, economic,social and technological environment that VP company faces in the Asia-Pacific region.Followed there is an analysis of the VP Company of their own internal strengths and weaknesses,as well as the external opportunities and threats,later the Boston Matrix is applied to in-depth analysis of the product mix of VP Company with various growth rate, various market share and the balance of the composition of the portfolio and cash flow in the Asia-Pacific region; furthermore this paper describes the types and characteristics of strategic financial management, and deep-seated reasons of selecting sound financial management strategy, the way and steps of reorganization of VP Company in the Asia-Pacific region.Finally, this paper takes advantage of the discounted cash flow model to assess the financial synergies of restructuring VP Company, and using the Balanced Scorecard to conduct a comprehensive assessment of the synergies during the restructuring of VP company in Asia Pacific to prove the robustness of the implementation of sound financial management strategy, and the following successful restructuring in VP Company in the Asia-Pacific region, analysis and conclusions of the papers is to be learned in the implementation of prudent financial management strategy within similar company or industry.
