Research On The Evaluation Of The Development Of Modern High-efficiency Agricultural Demonstration Parks In Guizhou Province

Modern and efficient agricultural development has been constantly undergoing dynamic change,it is a certain extent that the traditional agricultural development to the inevitable product of it as a high-yield,high efficiency,high-yield industry has become the direction of agricultural development.Enhance the pace of development of modern and efficient agricultural construction,ensuring food security,strengthening the national economy,the realization of people well-off life,social harmony and other socio-economic construction and development have become indispensable.Meanwhile,the modern high-efficiency agriculture demonstration garden also further promote the development of modern agriculture,promote agricultural modernization implementation,both to improve the yield of the park food and farmers' income,but also on building a new countryside has played a role in promoting non-small boo.Actively develop modern and efficient construction of Guizhou agriculture demonstration garden will not only help to promote high-tech industrialization of agriculture,more conducive to encouraging its overall scientific and technological innovation,but also to accelerate the upgrading of agricultural structure would have a negligible role in guiding and practical significance.This paper,domestic and international modern on the basis of efficient agriculture demonstration park development combine with relevant theories of efficient agriculture,a comprehensive analysis of the status quo of modern and efficient agricultural development in Guizhou Province,by building evaluation system,the establishment of a unique model of development in Guizhou Province of modern high-efficiency agriculture evaluation model demonstration garden.Through research and analysis period in which to explore the development of efficient agriculture at the present stage of the various parts of the province carried out on the current development of Guizhou modern high-efficiency agriculture demonstration garden of analysis and evaluation,identify the province at this stage in the development of modern agriculture more efficient bottleneck problems encountered,proposed to build a good park investment and financing platform,strengthen scientific and technological guidance services,do a good job branding and marketing,supply-side policies to guide a reasonable adjustment for the allocation of resources,to do promotional work and the strengthening of the park construction and a series of recommendations,thus accelerating the modern high-efficiency agriculturedemonstration garden can quickly develop fully.Therefore,this study focused mainly includes two aspects:(1)Construction of Guizhou Province in line with the development model of modern high-efficiency agriculture demonstration garden development evaluation system,based on the province overall level of modern high-efficiency agriculture demonstration garden at the present stage of development,based on the park infrastructure construction,science and technology as well as the level of economic benefits,social and ecological benefits evaluation.(2)Actual research data on the above evaluation model and analyze the results of its evaluation of the modern development high-efficiency agriculture demonstration garden,a breakthrough in the province to explore the modern and efficient agricultural development and improve the overall level of development of modern and efficient agriculture in the province.Development of Guizhou modern and efficient agriculture needs from agricultural science and technology,agriculture brand creation,agricultural information and forms of organization and other aspects of adjustment to transform and upgrade the overall level of efficient agriculture.The main innovation of this paper is to:(1)Domestic scholars on the most efficient agricultural park for the theory of qualitative analysis,this paper evaluated the ability of Guizhou Province development and efficient agriculture demonstration garden of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis to analyze examples of focus,but also with scientific reality.(2)A comprehensive evaluation model in the development of Guizhou Province Assessment efficient agriculture demonstration garden,where innovation is the article for future research in Guizhou Province and efficient agricultural park has some reference.
