A Study Of Social Responsibility Of Dairy Products Manufactures

With the rapid development of China's economy,dairy products have become an important daily consumer goods.However,dairy quality and safety incidents occur frequently in China.At present,most dairy products manufactures in China aren't aware of their senses of social responsibility,lack of strength,and serious misplaced thinking.On the one hand,this thesis helps to guide Chinese dairy manufactures to carry out and improve their social responsibility work,on the other hand,it has great significance in the realization of the food safety project.The thesis gives a detailed analysis of existing study results of corporate social responsibility,and discusses the related problems.Also analyzes the basic features of the dairy manufactures,industry history and influence factors.Then,through the case study analyzes the importance of dairy manufactures to undertake the social responsibility.Finally,the thesis combines with the social responsibility of dairy products manufactures in present China,summarizes the reasons those causes the problems and puts forward countermeasures.It makes a summary and outlook of study work.The serious lack of social responsibility of dairy manufactures in China due to the imperfection of economic system,poorly government supervision and dairy manufactures excessively pursuit short-term profits.The prominent problems of social responsibility of dairy manufactures restrict the growth of dairy manufactures and the development of dairy industries.Therefore,to undertake the social responsibility becomes an important factor for dairy manufactures' sustainable development.
