With the continuous improvement of the economic system,China's economy is changing from budget oriented to financial market oriented.The rationality of financial structure directly affects the allocation of market funds,the effective allocation of funds determines the adjustment of industrial structure.Therefore,the coordinated development of the financial structure and the industrial structure affects the long-term stable growth of the economy.How to build a good financial system to promote the development of the capital market?How to use the financial structure to improve the service efficiency of the industrial economy?How to guide the adjustment of industrial structure according to the financial structure are an important subject.In the modern economy,the financial structure provides financial support to the industrial sector through the function of financial intermediation;At the same time,the financial market transfers the funds from the inferior position industry to the new dominant industry.The development of financial structure plays a role of "baton" in the transformation of production mode,capital allocation,industrial structure adjustment and so on.Financial industry as a part of the third industry,its own bigger and stronger,structural system optimization is the most direct adjustment of the industrial structure.As the foundation of the national economy,the transformation of industrial structure mainly depends on the transformation of the market economy;And the financial market is the core of economic market.Thus,there is stable relationship between financial structure and industrial structure,the adjustment of industrial structure need financial support structure.The structure of this paper are as follows: the definition of the definition-the current situation description-Empirical Study-Summary suggestions.Specifically: first of all,China is in the economic transition period,the role of financial structure on industrial structure adjustment is more and more obvious.The improvement of financial structure,the expansion of the total amount of finance directly affect the flow of funds.Financial structure has become the hub of social resources.Therefore,this paper studies the financial structure of the industrial structure adjustment is necessary.Secondly,before studying the influence of financial structure on industrial structure adjustment,we shouid make a simple introduces about the general situation of financial structure and industrial structure.In this paper,the regional financial structure and industrial structure data are compiled into a chart to describe the current situation of the financial structure and industrial structure.Having a detailed understanding of the level of the economy,industrial structure,financial structure,we can make a reasonable improvement of the industrial structure of the rectification.Again,this paper selects the financial structure and industrial structure data of 28 provinces from 2004 to 2013,We use the unit root test,cointegration test,construction of double logarithmic model method to analyze the influence of financial structure on the industrial structure adjustment,and then compare the difference between regions.Research results show that:(1)for the whole country,the financial structure has a significant positive impact on the adjustment of industrial structure.(2)In the area,due to the different levels of economic development,the financial structure is uneven,the regional financial structure index had different effects on the adjustment of industrial structure.The more developed financial area,the financial structure to promote the adjustment of industrial structure effect is greater an;vice versa.Finally,according to the empirical results,we know that the upgrading of industrial structure needs to start from the influencing factors.So,we can put forward suggestions from the financial system reform,financial policy,and the financing difficulties of small and medium enterprises.
