The problem of "three agriculture" has been a fundamental problem of our country’s economic development.General Secretary Xi stressed that in the "13th Five-Year" period to solve the "three rural issues" as the most important thing.In 2016 during the two sessions to the issues concerning agriculture,countryside and farmers in land ownership,rural homestead paid out are focused on the land reform has become a hot topic of discussion.The rural land ownership transfer plays an important role in solving the "three rural issues".Through the reasonable land transfer can promote the rapid development of the rural economy,accelerate the pace of urbanization;by promoting the modernization of agriculture to increase the per capita income of farmers and so on.Therefore,the analysis of the factors affecting the rural land circulation has a strong practical significance.Through to the domestic and foreign related land transfer of the comb,to poor rent theory,principal agent theory,income distribution theory as the theoretical support,household characteristics,family characteristics,characteristics of cultivated land,the characteristics of rural social security,finance and insurance participation characteristics of six variables analysis,the probit model is established.Through to inShandong Province,Shouguang City,Laiyang City,Gaotang County questionnaire finishing of rural land circulation in the main influence factors,from the macro and micro perspectives of its were detailed analysis,to find problems in Shandong Province in the process of land transfer.On the basis of the relevant issues,combined with the relevant case analysis of land transfer at home and abroad,give the relevant recommendations to promote the effective transfer of land in Shandong province.
