Study On The Impact Of Fiscal Expenditure On Rural Residents' Consumption Of Anhui Province

Since the great reform and opening,China's economy has developed.And people's material and cultural living standards are greatly improved.But with the economic globalization,the financial crisis is no longer the problem of one country's problem.It is essential to every country.In order to deal with the precipitate financial crisis,every country should build a perfect economic system,to promote the healthy development of national economy.China has become the biggest country of trade deficit,so the problem of the lack of consumption must be quickly solved.Investment,consumption and net export are the three troika to promote economic growth.As the large agricultural country of China,there are more than half of rural population.By the end of the 2015,the population of Anhui is 61.4 million,while its' rural population is 30.4 million,nearly half of the population of Anhui.By the end of the year 2014,the per capital consumption of rural residents is 6994 Yuan,the per capital consumption of urban residents is 12944 Yuan,it is 2.75 times of the per capital consumption of rural residents.So it is very important to promoting the consumption of rural residents.The reasons for the low level of rural residents' consumption are the farmers' income increasing difficulty,the healthcare shortages,imperfect social security system,the geographical environment of rural residents and so on.For these reasons,the method to solve the problem of the lack of rural residents' consumption is to completing the social security system,increasing farmers' income and improving the consumption environment of rural residents.The public goods should be given by government.Therefore,studying the influence of fiscal support agriculture expenditure of rural residents' consumption,not only to test the effect of financial support for agriculture,but also providing a reference for the adjustment of financial support for agriculture.It is good for the rural economic development.For this test,firstly,there are the presentation of the research status about the financial support for agriculture influence the rural residents' consumption.Then,there are introduce the development of government interventions in regional economy,the consumption theory,the fiscal policy about the impact of the residents' consumption and the way about the financial support for agriculture influence the rural residents' consumption.After,The current situation of the present situation of agricultural financial subsidies and consumption of rural residents in Anhui province are introduced.Then,standing up the OLS model,using the data about Financial Support of Agriculture and Rural Residents' Consumption which has been did the necessary handling,from 1990 to 2014 in Anhui Province Financial.There are two model analyzing,the amount of financial support agriculture expenditure influencing the rural residents' consumption and the influence of fiscal expenditures for supporting agriculture constitute subentry expenditure of rural residents' consumption.Then we concluded that rural residents income have pull effect on rural residents' consumption and financial support agriculture can crowding in rural residents' consumption in Anhui.Finally,by analyzing the present situation and the demonstration of the Fiscal expenditure for supporting agriculture and the rural residents' consumption,finding the problems of Fiscal expenditure for supporting agriculture and the rural residents' consumption.Giving the way to expending the rural residents' consumption,such as promoting the consumption of rural residents,raising the income of rural residents.
