Study On The Relative Issues Of China's Maufacturing "Going Out" Under Strategic Context Of "One Zone,One Road"

"One Zone,One Road" strategy advocated the concept of peaceful development,mutual benefit and win-win,open and inclusive,aims to roads link,policy communication,trade flow,currency in circulation and the people connected together along regional development.Implementation of the strategy is bound to give the regions along the far-reaching implications,especially for China itself.Just from the manufacturing side,China's manufacturing industry is entering the digestion of traditional industries and emerging industries leading period.On the one hand China requires traditional industries and overcapacity in the industry transferred out,and the other hand,need to promote industrial upgrading,improve the international competitiveness of industry.And "One Zone,One Road" along the majority of developing countries,behind manufacturing industry,strong demand for manufactured goods.In this context,research on the related issues of China's manufacturing industry"going out" has the important theoretical and practical significance.This article analyzed Chinese manufacturing "going out" mechanism,order and space shift patterns from the theoretical and empirical aspects under "One Zone,One Road" strategy background,and put forward relevant policy recommendations.This article includes five parts.first part:introduced the research background and significance,giving the literature review from "One Zone,One Road" strategy,the manufacturing sector "going out" and under "One Zone,One Road" background Chinese manufacturing "going out" three aspects.Shows the contents of this paper,the method innovations and deficiencies.The second part:elaborated "One Zone,One Road" strategy profound connotation and development goals,and the basic situation of areas along.Summed up the current situation and problems of China's manufacturing industry "going out".Pointed out that although China's manufacturing sector is growing faster,but smaller,although diversification of investment,but the investment region is still relatively simple.Lay the foundation for theoretical analysis and empirical section below.The third part:in a series of assumptions,under "One Zone,One Road" strategy background Chinese manufacturing "going out" mechanism,order and spatial patterns were discussed.The effect of the local market and prices effects are the result of industrial concentration and dispersion of the main force.Pointed out that the high elasticity of substitution goes out fist,low elasticity of substitution after.Elaborated high elasticity of substitution of low-tech industries shift to a low-grade area,and low elasticity of substitution of high-tech industry is not easy to shift to low-grade area.Provided a theoretical basis for the analysis of the empirical section below.The fourth part:analyzed international and domestic influencing factors of China's manufacturing industry "going out":that the market size,transaction costs,resource endowments,trade barriers,real interest rates are affecting the manufacturing sector"going out".Elasticity of substitution on the regional level of China's manufacturing industry segments and the level of along countries has been divided.Combined with the actual situation along the countries,Obtain a higher elasticity of substitution of the low technology industry can be transferred to a low-tech industry,low-tech low-grade area;a less elasticity of substitution can be transferred to a high-tech high-grade area.Kazakhstan as an example,giving the specific analysis on China's manufacturing industry to Kazakhstan.The fifth part:this article was summarized and gave relevant policy recommendations.Macro level:Chinese government's macro-grasp,steadily advance,improve traffic,improve the level of information,etc.Meso level:enterprises to transfer planning,manufacturing support given to other industries.Micro level:strengthening individuals and non-governmental exchanges.
