Along with the continuous improvement of the socialist market economy,there are inevitable competition in any field,from the initial quality competition to the mode of competition and then to the present financing system,the competition is the only subject of enterprise survival,development and growth.With the continuous improvement of the domestic credit system,commercial credit financing began to enter the stage of history,and began to become an important indicator of enterprise strategic decision-making.In the face of market diversification financing mode,enterprises in order to help the development of sustainable,must take the competition as the only elements of development,and capital chain whether the sound is an important prerequisite to the development of enterprises.Therefore,the need to continue to finance to ensure the sustained and healthy development of enterprises.The so-called industry competitive advantage is mainly refers to a certain brand in the field of image,and is superior to other enterprises in the same industry important indicators,on behalf of the enterprise on a certain aspect of innovation and development power,the enterprise only has a competitive advantage,can be in the field of the top spear,always in an invincible position.While the industry competitive advantage from the other side that the enterprise itself has the strength,such as "brand image" shows that the product has a high commercial value,and brand value is the world recognized as potential resources;"marketing channel pluralism" shows that the enterprise commodity circulation quickly,have a certain market development ability.These competitive advantages can be quantified and illustrated by the data,is the focus of commercial credit.Therefore,it can be done as a standard for the evaluation of the financing object.When the competitive advantage of the industry rose to commercial credit point of view,but can become an important indicator of financing,can be done as the basis for financial institutions."Maotai" first appeared in 135 BC,as one of the three famous China,founder of Daqu Maotai flavor liquor,has dominated the domestic high-end wine market,with strong visibility and support groups,only in 2014 sales reached 45 billion yuan,growth rate reached 12.5%,and the customization marketing reached 1 billion yuan.These are the specific embodiment of the commercial competitive advantage,but also the potential index of commercial credit.From the financial institutions of commercial credit financing,it has not formed a perfect measure,the major commercial banks have not formed a unified standard in credit loans,and most of the way is to take the combination of traditional financing and credit financing,which often requires a large amount of material collateral,credit financing is only reflected in the minimal part of the need to improve the continuous development,the formation of a standardized implementation system.Based on the above research background,this paper takes Maotai Limited by Share Ltd as an example,analyzes the relationship between the industry competitive advantage and credit financing,and makes a further study on the impact of the industry competitive advantage on the commercial credit financing capability.The article is divided into four parts:The first part(Chapter 2): basic theory.Mainly from the background of the subject research,the research significance,purpose,ideas and methods to be clear;structure research needs,the domestic and foreign literature review,core concepts and related theory to explore,to lay a solid theoretical foundation for the issue.The second part(the 3 chapter): the present situation of the industry competitive advantage of Maotai company.Mainly from the status of the Limited by Share Ltd,the company's industry competitive advantage and commercial credit financing status of comprehensive analysis,for the follow-up theoretical analysis to provide the corresponding data support,so that the status of competitive advantage is reflected.The third part(Chapter 4-5): analysis of the influence of Maotai company competitive advantage in the industry on the commercial credit financing and the reasons,mainly from the internal superiority,profitability and growth capacity of 3 aspects of the research on credit financing ability,play from the credit financing cognition,industry competitive advantage and strength of reason,master the current domestic credit financing applicability and popularity.The fourth part(Chapter 6-7).In order to improve the financial stability and financial flexibility,improve customer and supplier's credit system,improve the credit management system of enterprise internal business,the research and development strategy is to establish a comprehensive research on the theory,and to make the research on the issue of universal and authoritative.
