With the deeper development of economic globalization, countries all over the world are getting increasingly closer in the fields of trade and finance. China has also been actively integreting into this kind of trend and promoting the degree of economic openness constantly. RMB is included into SDR in November 2015, which is not only a significant achievement since 2009, but also a great opportunity for the internationalization China's commercial banks. The China-initiated Silk Road Economic Belt promotes the development of bilateral trade and the growth of foreign direct investment, which puts forward new demands for overseas financial business to China's commercial banks. Therefore, it is a singnificant opportunity period for China's commercial banks to promote multinational operations.This paper firstly analyzes the development status and characteristics of the internationalization of China's commercial banks. Then it focuses on analying the affecting factors of the internaionalization of commercial banks and choosing factors related to the China's commercial banks. The key part of this article is to establish three models to test the influntial factors of internationalization of commercial banks including self-factors of banks, home country related factors and host country related fators. Finally, it puts forward some suggestions to promote the process of internationalization of China's commercial banks based on research results.
