Currently, the development of the world economy has already two trends:globalization and regional integration. The regional economic cooperation of each country is established by the important choice of economic policy, industrial structure adjustment, etc. China needs to participate in the regional economic cooperation in order to promote the process of Globalization. As developing countries, the economic and trade relationship of China with the African countries are very important for getting these countries out of poverty.The main purpose of this thesis is to investigate how Madagascar trades with China economically. In recent years, through the efforts between Madagascar and China, the economic and trade cooperation of the two countries is developed very rapidly. Furthermore, Madagascar has strengthened its economic and trade cooperation with China to the benefits of both countries in which they have a great potential and large prospects. This paper analyzes the partnership between Madagascar and China in the current situation's issues and proposes appropriate countermeasures, to strengthen economic development cooperation with Madagascar and China.
