Yongan Futures Co., Ltd. Investor Appropriate Management Research

With the rapid development of the capital market, investor appropriate management are getting more and more attention nowadays. The "Securities company supervision and management regulations" promulgated by our country in April 2008, is the first time to explore the investor appropriateness system. In the area of futures, our country formally promulgated two regulations about investors appropriateness system, which is the "Establishment of the regulations about investor suitability in stock index futures (draft)" and "Shanghai stock exchange stock options pilot investors'appropriate management guidelines". In recent years, future market has gained more attention as an emerging capital market. Though the current appropriate regulations has played a significant role for current financial products, the continuous development of the market and continuous innovation of products demand a more appropriate suitability regulation. With the stronger enforcement of the relevant government departments, the better the investor's interests can be protected. Yongan Futures Co.,Ltd is one of the largest futures companies with most business functions and strongest research abilities, and the earliest company to implement investors appropriateness system as well. This thesis intends to look into the investor appropriateness management of Yongan Futures Co.,Ltd, find out the deficiencies and problems of the current system, compare with the advanced foreign investor suitability management experience, and present some feasible suggestions in the end.This paper first introduces the basic concept of investor suitability to the readers, in the second chapter, the author firstly provides an overview of the investor suitability management development in China, then describes its implementation in United States, Japan and EU etc.. After the introduction, this paper describes how it operates in author's futures company, in order to help the readers better understand this management system in the actual operational level. Through the analysis of the problems in the management of Yongan futures investor appropriate management, this paper draws the reason of the problem, which provides a way to solve the problem. Last but not the least, this paper aims to analyze the importance of investor suitability system to protect the investor's interests through the actual fact research. Therefore, the fifth chapters of the article gives the optimized path and the specific measures.Through the comparison of the domestic and foreign investors' suitability system, the author believes that China's current investor suitability system is still in the primary stage. The futures market as the high risk market, we want to properly protect the interests of investors, not only is unshakable bottom line of the futures industry. but also the social responsibility. To improve the investor appropriate management can be from the legal, institutional and ideological awareness three parts, the need for government, exchange and the Futures Company. Believe that through the efforts of all parties, to improve the development of investors' appropriate management to ensure that investors' risk awareness and risk tolerance and financial products to meet the initiative to resolve the potential risks, effectively protect the legitimate rights and interests, and actively fulfill Yongan "Oriental wisdom, investment aesthetics" social responsibility.
