Research On Decision Factors Of Transportation Scheme Based On Dominant Rough Set

Central Asia project XXX company is one of the important natural gas cooperation projects of China overseas, after completion will effectively alleviate tensions in gas source in China. Since the project transportation volume is high difficulty, so the transportation has become the most critical link in the logistics system in the project. Reducing the cost of transportation and improve the quality of transport work effectively, will determine the efficiency of logistics system. Due to the long distance transportation working in the project was done by the third party logistics adopting the contracting method, thus improve the third party logistics transportation decision-making methods, can directly improve and even the whole domestic logistics transportation work efficiency of the system.In this article the object of study is the decision of the third party logistics transportation in the internal logistics work. The research is based on the theory of transportation and third-party logistics knowledge, with the help of the advantages of rough set theory and the method of researching closely combine the actual transportation decision in the projectIn the first this paper descriped logistics system structure and operation mode in central Asia project of XXX company simplely. Then the railway and highway transportation scheme decision-making work present situation has been carried on the detailed introduction and on the basis of the history data of the decision-making work in the project the decision-making work table has been established. Then with the advantages of rough set theory to analyze historical data and find out the rules. Through the interpretation of rules, to evaluate the orientation in the process of project transportation decision, and by contrast rules under different threshold differences to find the shortcomings of the existing work items. Finally, the improvement suggestions are put forward for the deficiency in the management of making decisions.Through the study of this paper proves that the the orientation of the overall transport of the project tend to be reasonable. Also found that in the existing transportation decision-making work some key condition attributes are ignored. Finally put forward relevant recommendations to optimize the existing work plan.
