Secondly, the paper analyzes the reasons of the reality of small and medium-sized enterprise financing difficulties, find the real reason lies in the lack of collateral, single financing channel and government support is not enough, and so on. To find solutions of the small and medium-sized enterprise financing difficulties, First through the introduction of the innovative ways of Hangzhou city government to support small and medium-sized enterprises, and then analyzed its internal operation mode and advantages, and then through the analysis of major cities in Hangzhou city and Wuhan city market similarities and differences, find out the effective ways to solve the financing difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises in Wuhan city. In order to better play its proper role, to help small and medium-sized enterprise faster and better development.In this paper should increase financial support for small and medium-sized enterprises in Wuhan city, to construct the small and medium-sized enterprise financing system of Wuhan city; Broaden the financing channels, improving the small and medium-sized enterprise financing system construction, crack of small and medium-sized enterprise financing difficult problem; Adhere to the theory of financial, product and idea innovation, the breakthrough the bottleneck of problem.
