In china, the supply and marketing cooperatives is both cooperative economic organizations and special parts of all level governments for agricultural services. Since the China Federation of Supply and Marketing Cooperatives( short for : China-COOP)founded more than 60 years, there is formed a relatively complete system of supply and marketing cooperative organizations which have been build in provinces, cities, counties,towns, and villages,working combines the functions of public welfare, social services and business. It is in line with the inherent requirements of financial services in rural areas.This paper will be the development orientation of Hubei supply and marketing of micro-credit company as an important starting point to serve the "Issues of agriculture,farmer and rural area",improve the social service system in rural areas, and to support the steady development of rural economy at the same time.In this paper, Hubei supply and marketing of micro-credit company as the research object, starting from the definition of micro-credit companies, to study the advanced experience of the current situation of Hubei Province inrural micro-credit, micro-credit organizations of the world and the analysis of the problems in the process of development,Hubei-COOP to seize the opportunity to reform faced in the background, a detailed analysis the micro-credit company organization and policy background, the development of micro-credit companies carried out a comb, and on this basis, a detailed analysis of the Hubei supply and marketing of micro-credit company operating mode.This paper will use a combination of empirical and theoretical method, static analysis and dynamic analysis combined method to propose four innovations: the first is using the integrated services agency of Hubei-COOP to expand the scope of business loans,guarantee the breadth and timeliness of delivery of farmers’ loan apply; the second is fitting the "Issues of agriculture, farmer and rural area" demand to innovation the loan types and the period, route and ways of repayment; the third is relying on organizational and policy advantages of supply and marketing cooperatives, playing a "big data" function,to predict what farmers need in the future,provide additional technical or channel servicefor borrowers, make the simple lending relationship growing to longtime strategic cooperation; The fourth is strengthening the company’s standardized management and system construction, which lays the foundation for becoming the industry leader,explore is in line with the actual supply and marketing agency service for "Issues of agriculture,farmer and rural area", and a new way to continue promote the development of rural financial innovation.
