Research On The Influence Factors Of Synergistic Innovation Performance Among The Multiple Core-enterprises

In recent years, with the deepening of the numerous scholars' research on distributed innovation network, how to effectively improve the innovation ability of the network has become one of the focuses of attention. As a key role in the innovation network, the core enterprises play an important part in the success of the innovation activities in the network. There are multiple core-enterprises in the same innovation network. In order to adapt to an increasingly fierce competitive environment, multiple core-enterprises realize all aspects of the synergy gradually, as well as open innovation model of cooperation. Synergistic innovation among the multiple core-enterprises can effectively integrate various resources and innovation ability, which can improve the core competitiveness and innovation efficiency of the whole network. Therefore, effectively improve their synergistic innovation performance has important theoretical significance and practical value.Synergistic innovation performance of the multiple core-enterprises can be affected by many factors, the synergistic innovation performance in this article is mainly researched from the viewpoint of collaborative elements. The results of the study show that the collaborative elements of the multiple core-enterprises have positive effect to the synergistic innovation performance, the different collaborative elements influence on the synergistic innovation performance to varying degrees. From the theoretical sense, the article can fill the blank in the research of the theories of cooperative innovation of the multiple core-enterprises for lack of the relevant study to some extent. Also, the article has laid a good foundation for the further studies. From a practical sense, the position of the multiple core-enterprises in the innovation network should not be overlooked, the research on the synergistic innovation performance of the multiple core-enterprises and its influence factors can quickly find a breakthrough to improve the innovation capacity of the network, which can effectively guide allocation of resources, play a backbone role in a leading position in the market competition.The paper is mainly divided into six chapters, chapter 1 is briefly descripted the purpose of the study and significance, and reviewed the research situation of the distributed innovation theory, the core enterprises of innovation network theory and the theory of collaborative innovation. Chapter 2 is mainly introduced the concept and characteristics of the multiple core-enterprises in the distributed innovation network, and is put forward the collaborative elements between the multiple core-enterprises. Chapter 3 is mainly designed the index system of the synergistic innovation performance among the multiple core-enterprises, and the index system of evaluation method is determined. Chapter 4 is established the evaluation model of the synergistic innovation of the multiple core-enterprises based on the proposed hypothesis. Chapter 5 is mainly verified the hypothesis through the empirical analysis, and the regression model of research is determined.
