Research And Application On Small And Medium-sized Enterprise Pre-warning System

SME is the cornerstone of the economic development,market economy restructuring,and social stability.Over the past,they have played an important role in ensuring the moderate national economy growth,ease employment pressure,achievement of science and education,and optimization of the economic structure,etc.As such,the understanding and acquiring of the knowledge of the operating conditions of SMEs in China,and the in-depth research and analysis of the topic is increasingly important.On the assumption of the booming economy as the basis of the research,this paper uses the SMEs as the research object and sets out the following matters,firstly the setting up of sentiment index system for SMEs,secondly the use of enterprise data and the Shenzhen Stock Exchange GEM small plates based on the Entropy growth model measure of performance to assess and estimate the new quarterly result of SMEs,and thirdly by using a diffusion index and the composite index method to estimate the small plates of provincial,regional and GEM climate index for analysis.Last but not least,this research paper will also based on the early warning theory and references made to the China Economic Monitoring Center to form an early warning system for the SMEs climate index that provides early warnings of the performance of economy quarterly as an reference for decision-making for the relevant departments.The main outcomes of this study are as follows,firstly a huge disparity in the climate index difference of each province,autonomous region and special municipality.Secondly,the SMEs from province of Guangdong,Zhejiang and Jiangsu are the leading firms in the market.Thirdly,the stable economic growth in all provinces,autonomous regions and special municipalities.However,the regional development are relatively unbalance and there is a significant urban agglomeration.Fourthly,the China’s seven regional ranking remained unchanged for the past two years and the economic development trend is stable.Fifthly,the signal chart indicator on the small board and GEM companies is relatively stable.However,the performance in the first quarter is relatively low.As of the date of the research,all the basic indicators appear in normal light district and each individual indicators need to be observed closely.Lastly,the future development of SMEs remains uptrend.
