Pharmaceutical commercial enterprises is a sub-sector in the pharmaceutical industry, as one of the pharmaceutical intermediate links, it undertake the consumer end of the bridge and medicine. As drugs are not only special in the storage requirements, but also be controlled in the sales policy, so the distribution of drugs has its own set of distribution patterns, therefore pharmaceutical companies have their own business operation and management features. For example, in regulation, in addition be controlled with business administration department under the administration, the drug prices is controlled by the Price Bureau's monitoring, security and licensing is controlled by the State Food and Drug Administration's monitoring of sales and other links are still controlled by health Council regulation. Because of these special, pharmaceutical commercial enterprises'external environment is larger than the average commercial enterprise, the state and extent of government intervention and policies is a much larger than others, while at the same time, with the continuous influx of foreign pharmaceutical companies in China, the domestic pharmaceutical enterprises will face greater challenges, therefore, how to develop enterprise development strategies in the government's new policy to survive and even use policies to develop, how can the intense competitive market make a firm footing on the pharmaceutical business will be the biggest problem.This paper analyzes a theoretical research and practical method of combining, and strives to visual science, from the status quo of China's pharmaceutical commercial enterprises, based on the theory of strategic management in the enterprise, combined with the development of corporate strategy considerations, analyze the internal and external environment and marketing competitiveness, through the recent years' analysis of the target company's business model, strategy, environment and competitive, and finally put forward of the feasibility of proposed development strategy recommendations with a view to planning the future development of pharmaceutical companies to provide theoretical guidance and practical solutions.
