Design And Implementation Of Telecom Package Service Recommendation System Based On User's Call Behavior

The quick development of Mobile Internet promotes the rapid promotion of 4G business.However,the emergence of virtual operators not only intensifies the competition among telecom operators,but also increases the churn rate of traditional telecom operators' terminal users,making a great shock on telecom markets and traditional telecom operators.Telecom package businesses are the traditional telecom operators' core business to obtain customer dependence and enhance their competitiveness.It is of great significance for telecom operators to study how to make full use of the value of the package business,reduce the customer churn rate,promote the value-added service,recommend the appropriate telecommunications package for users,and retain the old users.There are some problems with current telecom package businesses recommendation algorithms.The existing problems as follows: just considering the characteristics of business instead of users' needs,simple process without mining users' needs deeply,and insufficient data utilization.Based on the study of telecom package businesses and personalized recommendation algorithms,this paper proposes a Trusted Weighted algorithm based on user clustering,achieving more accurate package recommendations through making full use of users' call behavior data,users' consumption situation,and the trust between users.In order to determine the K value and the trust threshold in the algorithm,this paper uses the recommended accuracy rate as criterion to carry out relevant experiments.Experiments results shows that the algorithm has higher recommendation accuracy than others.In order to solve the problem of cold start of new business package,we constructs a content-based recommendation model to recommend a new package to users.Based on the research of the algorithm,we develop a call-behavior-based telecom package recommendation system adopting MYSQL database and B/S architecture.The core function of this system is the package recommendation which recommends appropriate packages to users.In summary,our call-behavior-based telecom package recommendation system has practical value for telecom operators to retain original users by recommending appropriate packages.
