| With the development of industry and the continuous expansion of social demand,all walks of life are in the process of development.Especially,the development of the field of industry has been going up by leaps and bounds.And the development of industrial equipment is most obvious among them.At present,industrial equipment is developing towards a more intelligent and diversified direction,which has higher requirements on the components of industrial equipment.Most of the workpiece is mainly made of steel material in the present situation,so the research on the workpiece puts into effect on studying the stiffness of the workpiece.This topic is to research and design the test of the stiffness of the workpiece.Firstly,the necessity and significance of workpiece stiffness testing were briefly introduced and analyzed.Secondly,the relevant knowledge and technical requirements of PLC hardware architecture are introduced,analyzed and researched in detail.Then,it is a detailed description of the function modules of the host computer part which is the core part of this research.Finally,it is the testing,analysis and evaluation of the performance test and practical application of the system.Accordingly,this can realize the value of this research.In this paper,we developed a system for testing the workpiece stiffness.In the system,the Delta SV2 series PLC(programmable controller)is chosen as the main control CPU and the DVPEN01 module as Ethernet communication carrier,combined with DVP-04 AD analog signal input module making up the slave computer.The main interface of the workpiece stiffness testing system of the host computer is developed by C # language in the development tool Visual Studio 2012.And it can be divided into: the increase,delete,change,check interface for the user information,the new increase and query interface for the information of the object,the main operation interface,the connection interface for equipment,the management interface for test results,etc.Simultaneously,OleDb is chosen to connect Access database in order to be more convenient for the management of data information.In the system,the MODBUS TCP network protocol is applied to make communication more reliable between the upper computer and lower computer.In particular,the use of the DMT dynamic link library is chosen to assist in communication software development,thus this leads to effectively reduce the development difficulty.In this subject research,the simulation method,which is to write the data directly to the register through PLC programming,is utilized to carry out experimental testing in the early stages of data acquisition.And the experimental method,which is to collect data by the sensor,is used to validate the result effectively in the later stages of data acquisition.After a number of tests,the entire system can well complete storage,query and test for the information of the object.And it is a set of stable system that can be applied to the practical production. |
