With the accelerating speed of the society knowledge economy development,quality has become an important chip businesses to participate in market competition.In the software industry,in order to improving the quality of the software to find suitable for own enterprise management mode is more and more important.As the software industry is gradually mature,accumulated certain lessons in different level of methods and models,how to effectively use the mature industry experience is a software enterprises pay attention to the inevitable.As regard to the process management,business process is a series of activities,and customer focus is the output of the enterprise,also is the output of the processes and activities,CMM for many processes are given practical solutions and standards,to achieve quality by controlling the process specification,the process management has a strong guiding,but not all the CMM scheme and standard specific process management for enterprises,and effectively to the CMM process tailoring to adapt to the enterprise actual situation is particularly important.Quality of PDCA cycle is an effective methodology to solve problems and improve the quality of the system,which is based on customer requirements and continuous improvement of management mode,using the 5 wlh continuous improvement for the guarantee of the quality process.Total quality management is customer concern as a starting point,customer focus on not just the output of the process,namely product,also pay attention to the experience in the process of interaction,namely customer service perception.It also requires while focusing on process improvement,implementation of customer perceived service improvement.This essay collection,sorting,summed up HM project quality problems as case analysis.In this paper,the background of the first two chapters matting part,elaborated the paper research purpose,content,method and so on.The third chapter of HM project situation and the quality problems were summarized,and then using the system thinking,shark fin figure,expert review to HM project quality problems are analyzed.The fourth chapter discusses the first quality of PDCA cycle in the concrete operation of software project,and put forward the HM quality model,finally according to the quality problem of the HM project solution is given.This chapter mainly analyzes the chapters in this paper.The fifth chapter from the Angle of the quality management of HM project quality improvement example verification.The sixth chapter is conclusion and outlook.Software quality improvement is not only a problem of project,but also the question of enterprise survival and competitiveness.In this paper,the research for the quality improvement of software enterprises provide a certain amount of experience,reference and revelation,has a practical significance.
