With the human progress in science,human overcame by microorganisms such as bacteria and viruses to humans caused by disease,but new viruses continue to emerge in an endless stream variation and evolution,bacteria and microorganisms makes the transmission of the virus is various.For example,known as the African death of Ebola virus,as well as the global coverage of the village card virus and so on,the development of a variety of antibacterial products will also increase.One of the most outstanding effect of semiconductor materials photocatalytic sterilization,which mainly has the following advantages:first,it can effectively inhibit the inhibition of bacteria;second,enough to degrade the residue of toxic substances into harmless CO2,H2O and inorganic substances;third,to solve the problem of the evolution of bacterial resistance.There are many problems such as low efficiency of visible light and fast recombination of carriers in the commonly used semiconductor materials,which will affect the efficiency of photocatalytic sterilization.In this paper,we choose the TiO2composite nano membrane sterilization test,In2O3 composite materials,this is because the research of TiO2 both at home and abroad are more in-depth,In2O3 will broaden the absorption range of TiO2,and the In2O3 has strong ability of conducting.When the electric field is applied at both ends of the heterojunction double layer film,the formation of the built-in field in the condition of the electric field can make the effective separation of the electron hole pairs generated by the illumination strengthen.In this paper,XRD was used to test the crystal structure of TiO2 films and TiO2 nanocomposite films.The surface morphology of the films was analyzed by SEM,and the optical absorption properties of the films were analyzed by UV-visible spectra.This papper single-layer TiO2 films and TiO2 nanocomposite films annealed at400?,450?,500?,550?,multiple groups of antibacterial properties in the same experimental conditions.The results showed that the antibacterial properties of the films increased with the increase of heat treatment temperature.Compared with the single-layer TiO2 films the TiO2 nanocomposite films showed better sterilization effect,and the antibacterial rate was faster.In the electric field is 0.5V,1.0V,1.5V,2.0V conditions were studied on the properties of the antibacterial composite membrane,the results under the same conditions,with the increase of applied voltage,antimicrobial properties were increased wild.
