Research On Key Algorithms Of Voiceprint Recognition System Based On Mobile Terminal

Voiceprint recognition technology is a biometric authentication method.It extracts the speaker identity information from each speaker's speech,and identifies the speakers with the theories of pattern recognition.This paper focuses on the voiceprint recognition technology based on mobile terminal.In terms of voice activity detection,this paper proposed an improved energy-zero crossing rate endpoint method,different from traditional energy-zero crossing rate endpoint method,the new method can separate energy detection,zero crossing detection operation,result from the two detections at the same time and realize multi-threaded parallel computing.In addition,the improved endpoint method uses single threshold in detection,compared with traditional method,improved method can reduce threshold parameters by half and make the process more simple.On mobile terminal,which is limited by space resources,the system with improved endpoint method got a higher recognition rate compared with the commonly used single threshold energy test.Therefore,the improved energy-zero crossing rate endpoint method has very high application value on the mobile terminal.In terms of speech frame integration,this paper presents a new method based on likelihood probability,called weighted voting.The method is based on the traditional voting,it enhance the differences between each voice frame.Weighted voting method weights every voice frame by their likelihood probabilities with the different probability models,makes the voice frame with higher likelihood probability has a larger weight,so that the system can be more effective.Through many times voiceprint recognition tests,system based on the proposed weighted voting method has a better recognition performance than the system based on traditional voting.In the last part,this paper designs a variety of combinations of feature extraction and probability model,and chooses the best combination based on mobile terminal through effectiveness and complexity.By the best combination,this paper designs a voiceprint recognition system on mobile terminal,and realized it by MATLAB.There are five main functions in this system,voice print collection,model training,voiceprint recognition,voice print registration and voiceprint confirmation.The system has also been successfully used on Android.
