Now farmers purchase tractors not only to transport operations,but also gradually become farmland operations and other operations,To meet the various needs of users,adapt to various markets,the tractor hydraulic system is also put forward more requirements.The root cause of the tractor hydraulic system fault is the deterioration of the working performance of hydraulic components.To solve this problem,the fault phenomenon of tractor hydraulic system are summarized,and the creation of fault knowledge base,fuzzy neural network model is established,simulation analysis,and then complete the design of tractor hydraulic system fault software.This paper summarized the fault types of tractor hydraulic system and different faults of hydraulic components,through the different fault phenomenon of the fault reasons,and puts forward the solution.With the tractor hydraulic system according to the knowledge characteristics,knowledge base system operation process,using semi automated knowledge acquisition,knowledge representation and fuzzy relation model of knowledge base,using SQL Server to complete the design and creation of the knowledge base.The method combines fuzzy theory and neural network,and creates a fuzzy neural network model.In MATLAB environment,the fault analysis of tractor hydraulic system simulation based on fuzzy neural network,the result is consistent with the actual.The tractor hydraulic system fault diagnosis expert system C# program is designed by the tractor failure phenomenon,the reason of tractor failure troubleshooting,tractor and hydraulic components fault solution is composed of four parts,and software verification test was carried out,to achieve the desired results,effectively solve the traditional situation depends on experience and technical personnel on-site inspection of hydraulic system fault time laborious.The software only need ordinary hydraulic equipment operating personnel can complete diagnosis and troubleshooting,to solve the fault in the hydraulic system can only rely on the status of maintenance of professional hydraulic system maintenance personnel,so as to improve the maintenance efficiency of tractor hydraulic system,saving the time of diagnosis more than50%.
