With the rapid development of mobile Internet market, smart mobile phone as the main terminal for mobile Internet devices will usher in a new round of development. Mobile smart phone is equipped with high-speed multi-core CPU, high-resolution display and rich applications, so the smart phone battery consumption is also growing. But the smart phone itself being limited size, battery power has been difficult to support growth in the use of people for a long time, so the energy consumption of mobile smart phones have become a major factor limiting the use of people.In order to alleviate the contradiction between the slow growth of battery power consumption and the excessive consumption of smart phones, this paper proposes a new method based on the idea of mobile offloading, which aims at saving time and energy consumption for the purpose of application. Through the division of application, when running the program according to the real-time information will be applied program part or all shunt to cloud implementation, using rich cloud computing resources to expand the resources of intelligent mobile phone, in order to reduce the application execution time and smart phone energy consumption, so as to improve the user experience degrees. Specifically, the main work of this paper is as follows:(1)Designed in mobile cloud application offloading system prototype, it gives a kind of time and energy as the objective function of the decision-making strategies.(2)Through the min-cut algorithm is improved, making it suitable for weights with node directed graph, the static application functional module units divided(3)Put forward a dynamic offloading algorithm, after the application is divided, according to real-time information to determine the location of each function module, namely the decision engine to provide a kind of reasonable offloading program. And an algorithm for estimating the execution time and energy consumption is given(4)Two types of experimental design, One is the application of dynamic offloading algorithm experiment, the other is the original model of the system test procedures.In the experiment, this paper analyzes the different input energy and time and bandwidth prove the proposed application diversion strategy can reduce the energy consumption of smart phones, while reducing execution time.
