In the future, electronic countermeasure's combat mode will be changed from the traditional point-to-point fight to the system-to-system fight, in order to accommodate to this whole countermeasure, we have to break the traditional single combat mode,comprehensive integration of various electronic countermeasure resource, realize information sharing and comprehensive use among the electronic countermeasure combat elements, forming a formation combat mode with complete set and multi-weapon coordination. Because combination combat on the sea has various platform types widely distributed, division of combat is sophisticated and complex, the electronic warfare system and equipment in the platform are varied, electronic warfare function is various, the role of different combat mode are different, the modes and timing of combat have a big impact on combat effectiveness. In order to activate the best combat capability of the formation,among the electronic warfare measures(reconnaissance, interference, annihilate and ECCM),electronic warfare and other combat mode, each platform must implement a unified command. Under the premise of fighting in implementing overall goal, clear their respective responsibilities, cooperate with each other, collaborative closely, so we can reach the optimal operational effect.This thesis mainly studied the multi-platform cooperative countermeasure technology.First of all, the multi-platform cooperative countermeasure overall technology was studied,which analyses the principle and style of the cooperative reconnaissance, cooperative localization and cooperative jamming, the multi-platform cooperative countermeasure operational architecture was analyzed and improved. Secondly, based on multi-platform cooperative localization study and simulation, this thesis explained the radiation source correlation by combining the grey relation theory and D-S evidence theory. Then by means of studying the multi-platform cooperative jamming and jamming effectiveness, this paper analyzed and simulated the principle and space of different interference pattern. In the end,this paper shows us the formation target threat assessment by TOPSIS, the simulation also improved the feasibility of this method. On this basis, I recommended to study the multi-platform cooperative jamming resource scheduling by the improved NGA, also the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm was validated by simulation in this paper.
