The stability of time delay system plays an important role in the field of control. And many scholars have been engaged in exploring the stability of the system with time delay and other problems. In this paper, we mainly study the stability of interval time-varying delay systems and the design of the controller. The main contents include:Firstly, by using the Lyapunov method to solve the stability of the system. Combing Wirtinger type integral inequality and improved Jensen type inequality to slove Lyapunov-Krasovskii function. A new criterion for the stability of interval time-varying delay systems is obtained. Numerical examples are given to show that the results of this paper are less conservative than the previous methods for the stability of the system.Secondly, base on stability conditions Interval Varying Delay System. The method of use of inequality and the method of the same amount of transformation to handle nonlinear terms which appear time-delay systems. The conditions of stabilization for interval time-varying delay systems are obtained. Examples of results obtained with the validity of this article.
