Magnetic shape memory alloy(MSMA)is a new functional material which has an inverse characteristic.It’s deformation has high frequency dynamic force under the action of magnetic field.The induction coil can detect a strong voltage signal and the inverse effect can be used to design and made MSMA sensor.This kind of sensor is an important research content in automatic detection or vibration control.This paper’s main work about MSMA sensor is on the input-output characteristic model,couple-field model and signal process based on the wavelet analysis and DSP.First of all,an MSMA model is established based on MSMA inverse effect and induced voltage expression of MSMA sensor is developed on this paper.What’s more,an experimental platform is built.The change rules of MSMA sensor between vibrating amplitude and vibrating frequency when pre-pressure and biased magnetic field are constant is studied.Then,an coupled field mathematical model between external condition and induced voltage is proposed,which based on the principle of variant volume and magnetization rotation angle on the consideration of MSMA martensite reorientation.The change of induced voltage is predicated when multiple parameters change at the same time.This coupled field model solves the problems of external model in large calculation and high dependent on the experimental data.The comparison between experimental data and calculated value shows the commonality of new model.Finally,a study about MSMA sensor signal process based on MATLAB and DSP is accomplished.It is necessary to get effective data by digital filtering because of the abundant interference on induced voltage and the flawed result of hardware filtering.The acquired MSMA sensor signal is decomposition and rebuilt by seymlets wavelet in 10 level.After,an analysis about detail signal and approximately signal is accomplished and the comparison between original signal and filtered signal has also done.Besides,Blackman window and FIR method is chosen to design filter by FDA tool on MATALB.The simulation results on DSP by using the calculated filter parameters shows that this method is feasible.
