Vocational education is the education of vocational knowledge,ability and attitude,which is carried out according to the classification of social occupation.Specialty construction is the core of the development of secondary vocational schools and the basic work of improving the quality of education and teaching and the efficiency of running schools.However,the professional construction of vocational schools will first face the requirements of the two aspects,on the one hand,the development of related industries in the region,on the other hand,the level of development of education and the status of students.Real,comprehensive,timely and forward-looking investigation and analysis has become the most important prerequisite for the construction of secondary vocational education major.This paper chooses the secondary vocational schools which attach the most importance to the construction of major in secondary vocational education schools as the research object,through Shanghai J school automobile use and maintenance major to Shanghai related industry development situation.The industry investigation shows that: the auto maintenance industry in Shanghai has entered the stage of development and adjustment;The comprehensive service ability of the technical skill post needs to be strengthened,the educational level needs to be improved,the skill level needs to be improved.Secondary vocational school students are not satisfied with their academic qualifications,have a need for further studies,and hope for diversified development.According to the results of the investigation,the major of automobile use and maintenance in Shanghai J School starts from the training objectives,the curriculum system,and the teaching reform.Through case analysis,the paper puts forward that Shanghai secondary vocational school should carry out real,comprehensive,timely and forward-looking professional investigation and analysis;investigate and study the reform of training model;perfect career guidance;deepen cooperation between schools and enterprises to cultivate practical skills;To encourage the construction of high and middle-through professional construction.
