At present,China is in the critical period of education reform.Faced with new curriculum concepts,standards,and new curriculum evaluation concepts,teachers are facing even greater challenges.Complex and diverse problems have also been discovered during the teaching practice.How to make the new curriculum idea to promote teachers solving these problems in practice is the primary problem to be solved in the curriculum reform.As a result,strengthening teachers’ teaching researching and training is the focus of teacher education in the new situation.In most areas of China,teacher training and teaching activities have been separated for a long time.Along with the deepening of basic education curriculum reform,teachers’ teaching and researching activities in some regions are gradually being integrated."Integration of research and training" has become a catalyst for the professional development of teachers.Therefore,the research on the integrated teaching and researching has important significance both in theory and in practice.Based on the existing research on the integration of teacher professional development,this study will further study the integration of junior high school math teacher training model and practice.At the theoretical level,the author attempts to define the concepts of "UPS mode","development community" and "integration research and training",and based on this,proposes an integrated model of research-based training for junior middle school mathematics teachers and from its features and operating modes.In terms of practical aspects,the author takes the S school in Shenyang as a case,and first uses the observation method,interviews,and questionnaires to investigate the status of mathematics teachers’ teaching,researching and training.The problems are based on the existing problems and "UPS trilateral consultation sets up research objectives and themes","Driven by in-depth research and training activities driven by issues","Using‘watch-listen-inquire-study’method to carry out teaching diagnosis"and "the practice of personally verifying the validity of the integrated model of research and training" are applied to the operation,so that the mathematics teachers in the S school can pass the joint teaching and research.Studies have shown that the "Integrated Junior Middle School mathematics teacher-problem-driven research and training model based on the development community" is in line with the reality of S schools in Shenyang,and is also an effective teaching and research mode for district,city,and provincial junior middle school math teachers’ development communities;Besides,it is driven by the problems that need to be resolved in the education and teaching process.It uses daily teaching and research as a carrier to realize integrated teaching and research of research and training.Last but not least,the "Integration-driven,integrated model of junior middle school mathematics teachers based on the development community" is of great significance to the professional growth of the teacher development community.
