Children's theater has a long history of development in the West,but the Children's theater in China still remains at the primary stage.Even though there is relatively little research in this area,nevertheless Children's theater is still in process of continuous development.More and more scholars pay their attention to this topic.In order to provide the development of practice of Children's theater education with a certain theoretical and actual basis,the author has overviewed and combined correspondent materials and investigations on practice of Children's theater education,from the viewpoint of Children's theater of different ages workshop.The author has conducted research on the early development of Children's theater in the kindergarten,investigated the basic demands of development of Children's theater workshop of different ages,developed and improved theory,concerning Children's theater education and Children's theater workshop.The author has tried to make shorter the distance between education and theater in order to accelerate the connections between different branches of sciences.In the current research,the term ‘Theater workshop' means is a kind of activity,which indigenously combines art content and learning methods of empirical cooperation.In the paper,the author has taken action research as the main line,hence the main sources of materials are combination of private interview methods,observation and analysis of case studies.The author has taken American creative Theater education as basic theory of Theater education,at the same time incorporated the ideas of Taiwan scholars Lin Meijun and Professor Zhang Jinmei to launch the Theater activity.In the experimental garden,teachers and young children were selected,and the action research group and experimental class were set up to learn the basic information through interviews with teachers.Then,the teachers of the garden will be trained to help teachers understand the connotation of the children's theater workshop.And before the implementation of each solution together with the operations team teachers choose active content,activity process,the choice activity plan making,arrangement of the activity,through teaching and research activities on the project investigation and reflection of each round,each activity is to follow the plan,action,investigation,reflection.The reflection and Suggestions in part,from the mixed age children's theater workshop and to reflect on the specific aspects of architecture,and the kindergarten,teachers and researchers put forward some Suggestions in the future,hope to make reference to its place.Finally,they will be practical reference sources for Children's theater workshops in the kindergartens.
